Gopuff was founded in 2013 by co-CEOs Rafael Ilishayev and Yakir Gola when they were college students at Drexel University. The experience has been great. I enjoy working for my current leader, but I never received 1:1 meeting with my Director. Of course I can go to her if I ever need her, but I don't see any interest on her side wanting to help me grow in my role. She's very busy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much. Working remote can be difficult.

The pay and being part of a growing company.

We work very well together. The collaboration between us is awesome.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are good. I wish the premiums were a little bit lower.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Setting a clear direction. The goals to change from week to week. Many of our leaders in the field discouraged by the constant movement.
