the best way to describe my experience is uncertain. I'm compensated quite well, and I work with some good partners, but my position has only now become set after 7 months, and even then I am on shaky ground due to the lack of decision making at the LT level.
What makes you most happy at work?
Progress in creating structure where it didn't previously exist.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with each other and cascading down a unified vision for the different divisions within the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive - not sure. Most of the time people are focused on being agile because we never know what the direction will be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm compensated well at a base salary level. I haven't been through the bonus structure yet, so I can't speak about any of the additional incentives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My current team is made up of exceptional professionals. My peers in Integration and P&C are exemplary. I have difficulty with some of my peers in other realms.
