Gopuff was founded in 2013 by co-CEOs Rafael Ilishayev and Yakir Gola when they were college students at Drexel University. I've thoroughly enjoyed working at Gopuff for the most part. The only negative aspects is the current hiring freeze and the round of layoffs that left 100 people without work (some of whom were friends that I personally referred - that one hurt).

I enjoy interacting with quality people on a daily basis

Under normal circumstances, they are effective communicators with a clear vision. However, the past two week have been different

The people are the best thing about Gopuff. I genuinely enjoy their company and partnering with them every day

My team is made up of hard workers and wonderful people. I think the people I work with are the best thing about working at Gopuff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because individuals with less experience than me are receiving higher titles and (presumably) higher salaries too (including people I helped train). I also feel that changes are only reactionary and not proactive
