I am an hourly employee and i dont have to work after hours or on call
What do you like best about the leadership team?
very engaged at the top CEO level but my current managem,anet team is still a work in progress. We do not have as many group meeting as we should to be informed of any changes that will affect our decisions in our roles.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am very new and work remote to the culture is hard to judge but i believe we all share the same goal - makes things easier on the public/customer to get what they need and as far as my role I make sure the sites have what they need to work comfortable
