Just being there, it's nice to know someone is counting on me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's just really a place I feel comfortable being me, . I'm accepted
What are some of the best things about your team?
We pull together to get things done. We care about one another and always look out for each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not sure that I have a compensation package. I love my job, not the easiest but definitely not the hardest. Not sure how the wages compare with other companies. But can't put a price on job you like and look forward to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel my manager cares about us as a team. We get to voice our thoughts and he listens. Also appreciate the fact that we are talked to about our goals, you care that we are treated fairly and equally. I love the challenges each day, I strive to be the best person and team mate.
