Everyone on the team is highly motivated and talented. They are all driven and have high spirit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are clear and realistic goals for the company. They care about their teams and are willing to mentor and grow individuals.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Plans don't get move along fast enough. It often get halt or idle with the leadership team which makes it hard to do my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't believe I am paid fair market value for my position and contribution. I feel mislead with the unclear bonus payout timeline and target as well as the lack of 401k
