Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Honestly I am disappointed with the raise I received. I am working the most ridiculous hours. I am overwhelmed with work and constantly stressed out. I barely sleep. I have no free time. I work every weekend. Because of my long hours I don't have time to further my education which is one of my goals
