It's been really great, I never feel like i'm working which is kind of crazy to think about considering how much I work. But I enjoy what I do and the people with which I get to interface with on a daily basis. Each day provides in own set of challenges and situations but it allows me to thrive.

The equity in the company is nice but a 401k program would be great as well.
