Safety and togetherness. It never feels like a job because we love what we do.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team is great and we do a ton of projects. I love hearing what everyone is working on each week, and watching the company grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication is key. We also get to do a lot of fun projects that help the company do better process wise and help to save money. A lot of team togetherness. We care outside of the job as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The people at this company really work hard and we take care of each other. You can tell everyone loves working for this company, so really I do not feel undervalued. My team specifically, has wonderful leaders in place as well. I do not feel undervalued.
