Gopuff was founded in 2013 by co-CEOs Rafael Ilishayev and Yakir Gola when they were college students at Drexel University. Experience started off great with seemingly tons of opportunity for growth in the business and in my career. That quickly changed and now none of that exists. As well, lack of support and communication in the filed makes me feel stranded.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have no control or influence over two parameters in which I am graded on for my bonus. These two parameters constitute 25% of my bonus that I automatically receive $0 for. Control over these parameters or removal of them would be my recommendation.
