Knowing that my team and I are providing essential needs to families.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not a Managers that stand over you screaming directions. You know your job and get it done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
OA's don't get raises, end of year bonuses or bereavement time. My Dad passed away a couple weeks ago, and I had to switch my off days to go to his funeral. I had no time to grieve.
