Amazing. we have all kinds of activities and partnership here. there is a great culture of companionship here and I am close with so many collegues. There is a ton of diversity and so many ways to express yourself here. clubs to get together with people with similar interests. so charitable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
had to interview with supervisor and manager, but overall, it made sense, and we had a great chat. I was hired instantly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
encouraged to talk with others. clubs and meetings. the other day we had 2 hours in the middle of the day to go downstairs and make some smores by the fire and collab with others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
health insurance is great, my pay/bonus is great, and there are so many opportunities to grow and expand here. private company so no stocks. otherwise were getting food trucks and all kinds of free stuff almost weekly.
What makes you most happy at work?
love the people here. I have control of my job, and its flexible. i dont feel bad about taking a day off and I can keep an eye on my work at all times through my phone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
i have a great team behind me. the best part is if take a day off, my team easily covers me. not like other jobs where someone who have to cover a full shift or something. your team can handle things easily for you and you don't have to feel bad about taking a day off.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i have had a few supervisors and have loved them all. all were willing to help me and then give me space if needed. respectful, helpful, and easy to work with. I know many people in upper management since I've worked here and all I feel I could walk into their office and chat with at any time.
