in sales: the measurable is commission and bonus, salary is nice but the ability to have an uncapped environment is what most of us wake up for each day.

the people, the opportunity to build a career in any role, to become a leader- takes a time and the organization invests a ton of time in development in all departments

very professional, serious at what they/we do but fun to be around. we learn from each other and developed a trust to construct when needed. we work towards building a team, not silos
