Horrible and too many micro managers who don't even know what they are doing... Trust me, I worked there.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better stock plans and better room for promotion. There are Assistant VP's at this location who have the managerial experience as your local McDonald's.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Need to eliminate the bureaucratic infrastructure that has indirectly formulated. After being an employee there for a little over 13 years, after leaving, I noticed it is a huge company with a small private company persona. Some sales reps are treated like Gods, most sociably awkward.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Eliminate multi management layers- Too many chefs in the kitchen Hire business development groups for each department Need Change Management within the Network Integrations Dept. where the VP structures commissions to align his pockets. Eliminate these salesman who are arrogant- there are better

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less managerial topology and strict military guidelines. Also, stop hiring under qualified people and eliminate the "temp to perms". Just begin to directly hire talent and eliminate the 20 managers you have per Department. Also, have the VP's who yell and swear watch themselves. It will come back

What are some of the best things about your team?

Good workers under appreciated and are continually receiving less and less, while the company makes more and more- They can have all the saving by shaving they want, it still does not cover the truth. Either the CEO is oblivious to this (he does work his tail off) or he is part of the problem
