What's the company culture like at Greenberg Traurig?
Toxic. While on the surface, everyone is polite and pleasant, do not get too close to anyone. In my experience, an attorney took personal information I had trusted her with and used it against me to HR. Any mistake that an attorney makes will be quickly shifted down to the paralegal, regardless of what the error was (such as an attorney not signing a document they were reviewing 3 times prior to mailing out and sealing prior to paralegal review). If you intend on working there, just go in, do your job, and get out.
