What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication is often and forthcoming .
Everyone is very professional and a great place to work

Company leadership at GT seems fine and forthcoming.
Treating employees with respect and understanding.
They need to actually manage the employees, most staff in the department gets paid to sit and do nothing all day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get pay fairly for what I do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see better profit sharing and better title for my position.
The raises need to be at least cost of living.
Being paid according to my rank, education, and experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Genius level coworkers make work fun.
We are all respectful of our work and work as a team
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to actually contribute to the workload.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work from home so the stress level is better.
Generous work from home policy.
We all get along and work very professional
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Needs a complete overhaul. Everyone needs proper management and sensitivity training. Wouldn't hurt to drug test either, cocaine rages happen a lot here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was referred by another coworker so I knew I had the job.
Casual atmosphere made it easy.
They were very nice and professional
