I have only been an employee of GS for a short period of time and I have been witness to many instances of questionable ethics of the manager on the site I work, and have observed her violating many company policies and when I voiced my concerns she began to retaliate against me
What makes you most happy at work?
the property itself and the relationships I have built with the residents
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
manager has repeatedly lied to myself and my coworker regarding pay and compensation and bonuses
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
ethics and adhering to company policies and federal/state/local laws regarding fair housing and state/local landlord tenant act
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
do not allow the onsite managers to interview as they lie to gain the employees trust and then fail to meet the promises they make to the employee
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love this industry and the property I work at is undergoing a lot of renovations which I find to be challenging in a positive fashion as it allows me to hone my skills in the industry
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was promised an assistant manager position and a rate of pay that has never been provided and now the manager is not paying out my commissions in retaliation for me voicing my concerns regarding some breaches in ethics
