I am tired of having to pick up all the slack and not have any support team

Being leaders and not bosses. We have more supervisors and higher ups than we have actual working employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have one other guy who works hard , other than that they slack off and stack the work on US two.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid fairly for oncall weeks. Living on-site doesn't mean we are oncall all the time. Paid minute for minute when off-site guys get paid one hour minimum.
