I had high hopes for my experience here but if you take away the health benefits, and 401k. What is this? Greystar is a joke. I wanted to develop a career here instead I am looking for the first door out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team works well together, but there is no clear communication and a huge lack of leadership. We need to feel valued by our boss and company and have clear directive on how to properly execute tasks without confusion
