What do you like best about the leadership team?
The general Manger never stops complaining to maintenance even though we work our butts off to complete our tasks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our general manager comes to work with a negative attitude and threatens us with write ups and termination. Constantly complains about maintenance blaming us for everything to the rest of office staff.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The old manager and supervisor was very kind and wanted to know me and seamed interested in me as a person not employee. The new manager sees me as a object we can put where he sees fit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The maintenance team is great from supervisor to porter we are a small close nit team. As for the office all they do is complain about our work ethic and show up late every week, especially the general manager
