We're all inclusive and know how to have fun while achieving our goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work that's being done here beyond just the app being used for dating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people "lead" this company. The executive team really does listen, hear, and advocate for what we want/need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although I personally don't need to take advantage of some of these benefits, but I think it's fantastic Grindr does so much for the transgendered community such as assistance with gender re-assignment procedures.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is always promoting to be your authentic self. I have never been at a company where I can truly be myself and have leaders that are genuinely interested in your ambitions in and out of the work environment.
