My team is good at setting priorities and communicating the scope of each team-member's role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is dedicated to understanding my lived experience. They work hard to keep me accountable, whilst demonstrating a healthy work-life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package includes a monthly stipend for Food and anything that could contribute to my wellbeing. I think that's really impactful in the sense that it allows the company to meet each employee where they are regardless of socioeconomic status.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive thing about our company culture is that no one takes themselves too seriously. Everyone is afforded the opportunity to learn and we operate under the guise that everyone is doing the best they can with the knowledge they have.
