Communication - their ability to lead with insight and vision & let the team know where we are going as an organization is extremely comforting and helpful (especially when speaking with candidates).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From a recruiting perspective, they are very hands on, willing to offer their take/approach on recruiting the best talent, & provide guidance/support when needed. They sit down 1:1 and take a team approach when we recruit. They are also availability any time to help out!
