It brings together the best group of people possible. Throughout all of the changes I've witnessed, the employees are what persisted & we preserved the one-of-a-kind culture.

Getting to do what I'm best at & having constant opportunities to excel. Healthy collaborations & friendships also make me happy. Cohesive teamwork where everyone pulls their weight. Strong & transparent leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My valuation when I entered the company was on the lower side & it's been a constant semi-annual challenge to get it to a proper valuation - to where I'm getting back what I'm putting in. The company's limited promotion process creates an overly competitive & challenging atmosphere within teams.
