What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is inclusive, collaborative, transparent, mission-driven. A lot is expected of us but we're given the means to do it and the support we need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team is committed to transparency across the org which is really motivating and makes me feel included. They also are great at educating the company about finance, goals, vision, etc. and are incredibly available and responsive to any questions.
