Having great medical coverage. And the office stipend was also super helpful in getting me set up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they seem actively involved. Especially given that people are remote, it's important to be able to see them active and involved
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This seems to be a really open environment. I love that. It's important to know what people are doing as it is inspiring and provides even more motivation to continue to work hard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that everyone on my team has been really helpful and friendly and has helped me feel apart of the team. I also love how knowledgeable they are and how engaged they are with their work.
