Going through different management teams has been a whirlwind, and looking back there have been ups and downs, but the employees' commitment to the community and to each other has made my experience a positive one.

Strong experience. Understanding of how to run a business. Care about the right things. Understand the value of investing for the long-term.

We've got a couple a few highly intelligent/experienced people on our team who bring unique technical expertise to the table. Working with a pro makes delivering strong work much easier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feels like everyone is really invested in what we do as a company. Most people really care about what we do, and as a result, bring their A game every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a lot of opportunity to spend my time doing the type of work that I love doing/find rewarding. I also get a sense of fulfillment when my work directly contributes to a business decision/makes an impact on the company.
