I feel 100% free to be myself. Grindr feels like a safe space.

We work hard and look for ways to have fun while we work. Good attitudes make all the difference.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having productive 1:1s and small team meetings where we get a LOT done in a short amount of time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It used to be the 10% 401K match. Very disappointing that it went away. Now it's the health benefits I get, such as access to acupuncture.
