What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and availability. Example -- I feel that Jeff's "Office Hours" weekly meeting is very informative and gives us a great opportunity to learn more about what is going on around the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very senior team. This allows for the ability to share responsibilities throughout, ability to grow and learn at a similar level, move quickly through work, and have great trust in each other.
