Review from Sales Dept

The ability to have independence in running my current department and being able to have fun with my coworkers.

Review from Product Dept

I feel like I'm doing something that helps people, making fresh food available to people at prices you don't find anywhere else in town. I like when I'm heard by upper management when there's a problem but sometimes we're just told to deal with it. The people are friendly, though.

Review from Sales Dept

That I learn new things every day from what I do and from the customers I interact with.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel valued and respected in my work both as an employee but more importantly as a person

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The owner needs to start realizing what is going on his store and who makes a store better

No professionalism with these owner operators

Acknowledge employee's hard work and accomplishments

We need new owners new owners mistreat us

Review from Product Dept

The boss wasn't good at her job

Hiring unqualified people to be managers. Owners are out of touch. Too full of themselves. Trust and morale is broken when owners clearly don't care about employees.

Decisions are being made by people with only Grocery Outlet experince. The children of operators from 30 years ago....

We have an employee who repeatedly harasses other employees. He’s verbally threatened a few coworkers. He creates a HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT. Management has been ineffective at finding a solution because employee is very difficult to work with.

Review from Sales Dept

company should listen their employees

Review from Operations Dept

Review owners in their first year..talk to the "old" employees to see if they know what they are doing. Undercover boss.
