The manager and assistant managers exclude others at work

The leadership team should work on managing its associates better. The schedules were always changing last minute.

It is sad how much they pay the workers. The pay is not at all motivating.

They can improve by sticking to the schedule given and not calling out of work at the last minute.

Telling the new hire exactly how many hours will be given each week before they are asked to work.
