Company does not value its employees at the store level. Upper management is so disconnected from the retail level. Associates are forced to work with 40 year old systems and dial up internet beause the big wigs only care about the money in their pockets
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to lead by example. They constantly put more and more work on associated while they get paid way too much for what they do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For my last employee evaluation, I scored higher than my store manager did and I received a $.30 raise. That seems a little bit off when you look at it that way
