Lack of respect overworked underpaid and on top of that already living paycheck to paycheck they're cutting our hours going from full-time to three days a week without even a 60 day notice.

Coworker supporting each other day to day, holding each other up.

Empathy, respect, communication skills, training and mental health issues. Would just be a start.

Been here for quite some time, it changes sometimes you got a find a reason to love it/do it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel if you're making over $1 million for a company you should be compensated at least a livable wage. For example over $50,000

The passion from music translates into passion for the merchandise. Some of the best salesman that this company has genuinely loves everything about the industry.
