There are many great things about my team but the first thing that comes to mind is how fun they are. We love getting things done and having a good laugh along the way.

Learning about vision was exciting for me because it allowed me to picture how I can drive value. Meeting stakeholders and peers helped solidify my interest and belief that I could be successful in the role.

The leadership team is aligned and agressive in terms of reaching our goals. Guitar Center is hiring high caliber leadership talent to focus on growth, innovation and experience. Our new CEO is an amazing leader and has implemented an entirely new strategic vision. It's a time of great change!
