I dont get any as far as I know
Very good pay on a regular basis
I would have to say the savings.
Pay is fair and benefits are same.
It is a well rounded compensation package.
Review from Operations Dept
Higher pay, safety bonus, acknowledged and at least feel appreciated for showing up everyday and helping covering empty shifts. A thank you goes a long way
at least paid $20 an hour
Review from Operations Dept
straight forward hrs and policy that is not full of grey areas, the tutorials are not what happens in the field
No benefits and it's the lowest paying job I've ever had. Driving is very hazardous including animals and other drivers. I believe I should be paid no less than $16 hour. Also some PTO would be nice.
Told have no value, have pay be more commiserate of hardships endured
A living wage this job is worth way more than $10 a hour
Our passengers and ourselves mother's father's brother's sons and daughters it's definitely worth more and being available and putting a personal lives aside to make sure that BNSF and Union Pacific get things done safely efficiently but more importantly with integrity Pride efficiency is worth more
Better pay we have people's life in our hands and not just any people their parents husbands wives sisters brothers and I just won up to three at a time and I've been our own lives precious worth more than minimum wage
There is no compensation. They have a paltry night bonus & weekend bonus of $1.00/hr.
Pay drivers fairly due to driving his dangerous
Management gets the benefits not the drivers
You can make more flipping burgers at McDonald's. How about clear written covid protocols
What benefits? Hallcon does not even have a health plan let alone a pension plan. They have what they call a union which is also a joke. Where is all this money going? Into the pockets of a few.
Medical could be way better
They do care about the workers just about how much money you can make them
We need to be paid more
The pay could be a little better than what it is because of the distance we drive and how we go above and beyond for passengers
Review from Operations Dept
All drivers are consistently not paid for all hours worked. If your van stops, for any reason, you are not paid for the time worked. No investigation is ever done, Hallcon just doesn't pay you.
Review from Operations Dept
Because you is not paying me enough to have benefits or take out for the 401K
Review from Operations Dept
Better pay, benefits and appreciation
