The selection of people. Some of these people are terrible.
A lot goes on, no one cares. you write it up, nothing happens. you don't write it up - you get into trouble. So it's confusing.
They really don't offer any real incentives to stay for very long. The life insurance and disability insurance company doesn't even exist. They have a credit score company as the company that pays benefits?
Taking care of the employees and pay raises across the board - just to make it competitive with other local companies. Plus, they just don't care about anything - all the way from keeping the vans clean to keeping a safe and healthy working environment.
