Higher pay, safety bonus, acknowledged and at least feel appreciated for showing up everyday and helping covering empty shifts. A thank you goes a long way

straight forward hrs and policy that is not full of grey areas, the tutorials are not what happens in the field
No benefits and it's the lowest paying job I've ever had. Driving is very hazardous including animals and other drivers. I believe I should be paid no less than $16 hour. Also some PTO would be nice.

Practice what you preach to others
Hallcon employs the unemployable. Hires from homeless shelters. Hires people with no way to get themselves to work. Hires most people who can't get along with each other. Hiring practices are a total failure.

To start with they could go back to making it a requirement to have a class 4 license instead of going with class 5. Now they can just stand on the corner and hire people which is what appears to be happening.

Put in place people who care about their employees, but at Hellcon that will never happen.
the company works thru a dispatching company, working with the client...lots of confusion associated with this model
Be honest! Hallcon lies to employees all the time. They keep saying they are hiring because of increased business. That is the biggest lie they tell. Also talk about their training & safety program. Another joke. One driver was seen parked under crossarm at xing!
Hire a better class of people
More screening would help turnover.
No interview, they are always looking to hire because people quit all the time.

No leadership. Management is pretty well none existant. Senior employees steal trips from new, unsuspecting employees
If a company ever needed a paradigm shift it would be hallcon. Spend some money to make some money
