Review from Customer Support Dept

The benefits package. They take care of you best with perks and bonuses.

Working for corporate owned property is a perk when it comes to affording proper wages for management, but entry level employees are underpaid.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because they Legal citizens higher and better

good treatment and better payment

We got new owners 2 months ago and some of us can't get into payroll app to view pay stubs. We have no way of knowing anything about benefits and I didn't get my holiday pay for Thanksgiving. Only straight time

better benefits because holiday pay is not a benefit, like paid maternity leave should be a thing when most of your staff are woman, 12 $ an hour is not enough to deal with all the things us front desk people go through

Review from Sales Dept

Management plays favorites. Management does not communicate with employees. They just close the doors. Horrible work conditions at Hampton Inn Grantville Pa.

If they pay us on time it's not being lazy cuz everyone else get paid but their housekeepers do not get paid on time

Review from Customer Support Dept

To be appreciated and not have to do 2 peoples jobs

The managers will not listen to any suggestions for the employees

I feel undervalued because I work hard everyday. I only was late one day because the manager had me on the schedule for 10 am instead of 9am and then said I was late when I clearly have a copy of the schedule. I am very dependable never asking for request off but once in 6 months. I have 12 yrs expr

i work my tail off fixing and cleaning everyone screwups and messes

I am undervalued because i do everything asked of me when its some thing i feel i cant do she gets mad and throws a tantrum

Stated more amount paid until you fill out paperwork and tell otherwise

Because we do ALL TGE dirty work others refuse to do. We put up angry customers and thier attittudes, we clean up behind everybody and without housekeepers how could a motel stay up and run

Review from Customer Success Dept

I wasn't aware of stock equity or benefits until I started this survey. There is a lack of information. It's frustrating. Hilton is why I chose to apply for the job. I want to work in great operation and be a part of making it great. We're running in survival mode.

A raise and the bonuses that were promised to staff.

I feel that I go above and beyond for not only the company but the guests and that goes unnoticed by my employer. The only time it matters is when they are in need of help.

We so all the work ! And were timed when we do it

Review from Operations Dept

The pay is say to low

Review from Operations Dept

a raise would be nice

Review from Sales Dept

I feel as though we do not get enough appreciation for the work that we do. I strongly believe we are underpaid.
