The most positive thing about my company is the guests.
Just overall feeling welcomed and like family

The guests actually. Being a higher end hotel, it attracts more a prestigious clientel and with that comes some very respectful and interesting clients.
We have a variety of culture especially black and white. The environment is friendly and any culture is accepted to work if they meet the standards.
