Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because they Legal citizens higher and better
good treatment and better payment
We got new owners 2 months ago and some of us can't get into payroll app to view pay stubs. We have no way of knowing anything about benefits and I didn't get my holiday pay for Thanksgiving. Only straight time
better benefits because holiday pay is not a benefit, like paid maternity leave should be a thing when most of your staff are woman, 12 $ an hour is not enough to deal with all the things us front desk people go through

Management plays favorites. Management does not communicate with employees. They just close the doors. Horrible work conditions at Hampton Inn Grantville Pa.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everything and then some we are fantastic
Helpful, friendly, we try to take care of each other when one is sick or going to be late. We like to laugh and we have a good mix of culture, beliefs, and want each other to be happy and helpful, We are a really good team.

Everything to do with working
There was no conversation with emolyees and management and if there was it was one sided and extreamly unfair
There are no employee meetings whatsoever.
So talking about other ppl how they or how there wig look. This one don't even have a hair line but alway got something to say about someone else

Our gm assistant gm and sales they make sure we remain focused and positive
We are a family with eachother
We come from all walks Of life and deal with customers from all walks of life.
My coworkers are great to work with and we feel comfortable enough with each other to hold casual conversations while working and getting the job done.
Diversity is very imprrant here and they are open arms to everyone
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This work place needs new manager and new house keepers and staff...
Everybody needs to do their job
Management need to be replaced buy people who want to do there jobs

I was comfortable with how it was set up and with the questions

Was respectful and considerate of me as a individual.
There was no intense interview atmosphere it was very relaxed like a casual easy flowing conversation with the interview questions.
The GM explained parts of the job and benefits.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The manager needs a better attitude toward white people
How about hiring people who know about labor laws.
having someone who knows how to even do interviews.
