What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The higher ups need to be professional

Horrible management and more established total meeting with every team member to understand what going well and not so well in the company

We need a new manager

Wing out the family members it's alot of them working there and they get special treatment and more hours and hours they don't even work

Everything is wrong in that place

NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT on board

The GM is whats wrong change her add more staff and business will be better all she do for hours is sit in her office for 4 hours then comes out and decides to see how things are mean while nobody being productive

New employee, management that not afraid to follow Protocols stern with their employees

We are understaffed in all departments. There is lack of direction and workloads are not delegated so employees grow in their work. The lack of delegation crates burnout on the management team. I'm looking for a Food and Beverage Operations Guide so I can take train food handlers.

We need to be paid more for the things we deal with. We work in a popular area and the pay does not fit the job resposibilities. And it’s totally unfair that we could get paid 5 more dollars working 15 min down the street.
