Everything and then some we are fantastic
Helpful, friendly, we try to take care of each other when one is sick or going to be late. We like to laugh and we have a good mix of culture, beliefs, and want each other to be happy and helpful, We are a really good team.

Less kids on social media and more care into their jobs. More viewpoints being accurate and similar and not way off point or even appropriate for the type of job. Less personal and less relying on non industry experience to pull from. Better if drug tests and criminal checks

There is a high need to gain effective communication between all the coworkers, improving teamwork, and decreasing the workload per person by allowing more people to work together. A minimal one person per shift is not ideal, especially during peak hours. No improvement is possible if we're alone.
