A New General Manager that can run the hotel smoothly

I am undervalued because i do everything asked of me when its some thing i feel i cant do she gets mad and throws a tantrum

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

A new general manager that makes people change all the sheets and pillow cases in the room someone who doesnt blame the workers for why she has to come in early and stay late because thats her profession she chose

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The GM is whats wrong change her add more staff and business will be better all she do for hours is sit in her office for 4 hours then comes out and decides to see how things are mean while nobody being productive
