At the local level, the leadership team needs to get better. At the national level, the way things are being set up are a great setup for employee success. A strong employee reflects a strong company is a great idea. At the local level, that's not something attainable due to the company culture.

Equal or better pay than what my position would get with another company doinf same job and same experience. Better health care. Ease of vacation day usage. No passing the buck for meeting quota and percentages. Same standard for all employees and not just holding a few more responsible

The amount of work to exceed customer service by any department outweighs the amount employees are paid. Due to being a franchised property, our employee benefits are optional, and any incentives to do better are minimal. Bettering the culture of the company are also not a high priority.

Less kids on social media and more care into their jobs. More viewpoints being accurate and similar and not way off point or even appropriate for the type of job. Less personal and less relying on non industry experience to pull from. Better if drug tests and criminal checks

There is a high need to gain effective communication between all the coworkers, improving teamwork, and decreasing the workload per person by allowing more people to work together. A minimal one person per shift is not ideal, especially during peak hours. No improvement is possible if we're alone.
