I have 12 years experience in the hospitality field and supply has not been at its best. I am a housekeeper and getting my masters degree in business administration. Its tough to have two degrees and be making 9.35 per hour doing and doing housekeeping. I try to be thankful though.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a variety of culture especially black and white. The environment is friendly and any culture is accepted to work if they meet the standards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team is everyone is different in their own way, someone is gonna make you smile daily, everyone has a high spirit and be ready to work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to get better at not talking to everyone about other employees personal information. The leadership teams need to be better prepared when ordering supply materials for the hotel. The leadership team needs to be more understanding and listen more.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I clean my rooms good and receive tips as a little bonus, when we get appreciation weeks, and when the company get us food and gifts. It lifts my morale every time because I work really hard to make sure customer love their room

I feel undervalued because I work hard everyday. I only was late one day because the manager had me on the schedule for 10 am instead of 9am and then said I was late when I clearly have a copy of the schedule. I am very dependable never asking for request off but once in 6 months. I have 12 yrs expr
