I want a Hampton Inn Food and Beverage Operations Guide. No one seems to know where to get one. I want to train every breakfast attendant to pass the ServSafe Food Handlers Certification. I'm getting no support and paying for the books myself. Our hotel is disorganized and unresponsive.

The most positive thing about my company is the guests.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm not aware of a leadership team or who they are.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are understaffed in all departments. There is lack of direction and workloads are not delegated so employees grow in their work. The lack of delegation crates burnout on the management team. I'm looking for a Food and Beverage Operations Guide so I can take train food handlers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wasn't aware of stock equity or benefits until I started this survey. There is a lack of information. It's frustrating. Hilton is why I chose to apply for the job. I want to work in great operation and be a part of making it great. We're running in survival mode.
