- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Be more interactive and listen to employees. Their status is always set to 'busy' and they are not responsive. No support is given.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Coworkers typically only work 9:30-3:30pm, and lack proper understanding of standard project management process and QC controls. Onboarding buddy was nonexistent. Manager needed to dramatically improve communication skills.
