HSA contributions are incredible! Pay is competitive. HealthEquity is truly remote first, no hybrid, no living in a certain radius...100% remote.

HSA is great and the companys contributions are awesome.
Equity is at least average if not better. 401k and HSA matching are above average. Salary base is below average with little to no transparency in salary ranges.
Bonus pay that is earned based on performance.
