What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance and 401k are good.
Our compensation is market based.
We have one of the best insurance coverages, but that is due to the strong unions we have backing us.
Very affordable medical insurance options
Medical benefits are the best.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay and regular increases.
Hiring others at more oay then i make after many yesrs of servoce makes an employee feel decalued. Its a horrible feeling.
I feel those that actually work all day should NOT get the same pay raise or close to those that literally do nothing all day
they dont care about me. they only want me to work hard to make them money.

At least pay the going rate. HR needs to do their research regarding how people doing commensurate work are being paid.

An annual raise of 2.5% or less barely covers the cost of living increase. It feels like a slap in the face, not recognition of a good year of work.
