Paying long term employees better than new hires
Communication! There's hardly any and its poor quality when it's there. They also need to improve at follow-up/follow through. Stop hiring friends/family with zero skills, and not teaching them skills and also refusing to discipline no matter the level of infraction, including drug use.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Communication, actually caring about staff vs the "bottom line" and remembering that staff are people too. Laughing at their problems, not helping when they are asking for help and they play favorites depending on the day theyre having and if they've hired their friends/family members.
Communication will have to get better.
Too many managers, not enough essential nursing staff
Better pay and regular increases.
Hiring others at more oay then i make after many yesrs of servoce makes an employee feel decalued. Its a horrible feeling.
I feel those that actually work all day should NOT get the same pay raise or close to those that literally do nothing all day
they dont care about me. they only want me to work hard to make them money.
Review from Customer Support Dept
At least pay the going rate. HR needs to do their research regarding how people doing commensurate work are being paid.
Review from IT Dept
we have no meetings, and getting staff that actually works would be a good start
I think we could accomplish more if people were more forthright.
Be more accountable and less entitled
Review from IT Dept
better communication with the boss and manager
Review from Admin Dept
Coworkers are the best I've ever had. I look around the room at meetings and am in aw at the depth and breadth of experience.
Have consistency among leaders and opportunities.
Think about their emoloyess more than customers.
True leadership is needed NOW!
Review from Operations Dept
Just listen, keep your ears open to hear the disspointment all around
Create accountability to adhere to organizational values. There are influential employees that speak the value but, not live it. (The culture is not receptive to good ideas, unless it is coming from a special few)

The public story bears no comparison to the private reality
The culture is one of fear and intimidation. It’s there way or the highway. Individual skill sets are ignore
Review from Operations Dept
the upper management is what is going wrong. they are greedy, and extremely ungrateful
Review from Customer Support Dept
No team building. More scolding/admonishment than praise.
Review from IT Dept
Stop micromanaging and reward those who are high achievers
